Executive Leadership Program

Eight months that change careers and lives The Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is a professional and personal exploration of leadership. Students get the rare opportunity to discover how they’re perceived, who they want to be as leaders and what leadership means in their lives. While the program serves as the first two quarters of the Leadership Executive MBA (LEMBA), it is also highly respected as a stand-alone certificate program.

The ELP is designed in compact monthly modules that include a residential retreat, advanced experiential learning, team projects, outreach activities and one-onone executive coaching. Guided by world-class faculty, students reflect on their perspectives, assumptions, beliefs and values. Using that insight, they shape and reshape their approach to leadership and evolve as individuals and as members of a greater community.

Graduate-level, rigorous business curriculum with the strategic focus executives need Building on the foundation of the Executive Leadership Program, the high-impact, 20-month Leadership Executive MBA (LEMBA) is intended for executives, experienced professionals and entrepreneurs alike. In the final quarter of the LEMBA program, students synthesize their leadership and core business curricula in a project of their choice. By putting their passion into practice as leaders, they expand their sphere of business and social influence within their organizations and beyond.

Every student creates and launches a strategic executive project that focuses on an issue of importance to them.
