Substitutes

Teams with three or four players may substitute team members during play of a hole. Example: A team of three players chooses Player A and Player C to hit tee shots. They select Player A’s ball. Player A and Player B hit the approach shot to the green. Player A and Player C attempt the third shot from the putting green. Player B holes out the next shot, and the team records a 4.

Email justin.sigmon@seapalms.com your team to sign up!

Sincerely,

FROM THE DIRECTOR OF AGRONOMY

Dear Members,

As we transition into the summer season at Sea Palms, the Golf Course Maintenance team is hard at work preparing the course for peak playing conditions. Our main focus is fostering a healthy, uniform stand of turf throughout all playing surfaces—and we’re tackling it head-on

From June 4th to 11th, we'll be closed and conducting comprehensive aeration of greens, tees, approaches, and fairways. This crucial process helps relieve compaction, improves air and water movement in the soil, and sets the stage for strong summer growth. Alongside aeration, we’ll be fertilizing and addressing any weak or damaged areas, many of which were impacted by the harsh winter weather.

While the extremes of winter presented a few challenges, our dedicated staff is more than ready to meet them. We’ll continue to target specific problem spots with additional aeration and fertilization as needed to accelerate recovery and promote healthy turf development.

Thank you for your patience during these necessary maintenance periods. We’re committed to delivering the best possible playing conditions and appreciate your continued support as we work to make Sea Palms shine this summer.

Thanks,

holes

FROM THE DIRECTOR OF SALES

Dear Members,

We hope this newsletter finds you well

The Sales Department is pleased to report strong momentum in our efforts thus far this year, marked by key achievements aligned with our growth strategy. Sea Palms Resort welcomed our first international group this February, a milestone that reflects our expanding global reach and the increasing appeal of our resort to international markets. Our outreach continues to grow across multiple segments, positioning us for continued success

We are honored to be the host venue for the Taste of Glynn in January 2026—a well-known community culinary event that supports the work of the Amity House and further strengthens our commitment to meaningful local partnerships

In addition, we were proud to serve as the host venue for Buc-ee’s mass hiring event last month. As Buc-ee’s prepares to open its new location, it is expected to be a major driver of economic activity and tourism in the Golden Isles, and we are excited to support a business that will significantly contribute to the region’s growth.

As we look forward to growing as a resort and club, we are always looking for creative ways to bring in new business. With our available event spaces, we can accommodate multiple events at once and we are currently the only venue on the island that can offer all the following features:

On-site Hotel Accommodations

On-site 18-Hole Golf Course

·On-site Restaurant & Bar

·On-site Catering Services
