MORE THAN AN AGENT Caddell’s fashion-forward sales mindset started at a young age when he worked for a high-end men’s clothing store in high school. “The fashion industry holds incredible guidance toward how we live, work and play,” notes Caddell, citing Ralph Lauren’s mastery of fashion and interiors as influential in his own life.

This perspective, combined with his educational background in journalism, marketing, interior design and architecture, was instrumental in shaping Caddell’s real estate business, where he has proven his knack for discerning which trends are fleeting versus styles that have longevity.

THE CURATION PROCESS With every client, Caddell starts by discussing their family
