WELCOME TO

SEA CLOUD CRUISES

Dear Guests, Travel Partners, and Friends of SEA CLOUD,

There is a particular thrill in unveiling our 2027 sailing collection. The seasons ahead bring new routes and longanticipated returns. It will be a year defined by where we sail, how long we stay, and the privilege of seeing familiar regions in exclusive ways not meant for the masses.

Sailing north along Europe’s western edge, we reconnect with Portugal’s coastline in Porto, Bilbao, and San Sebastián, followed by the French ports of La Rochelle and Honfleur, where destinations reveal their character through cuisine, art, and architecture. A rare route through the British Isles links Edinburgh’s gateway port of Leith with Orkney, Oban, Belfast, and Dublin, offering a sequence of landscapes and histories well suited to small luxury ships.

Across the Mediterranean, select harbors add further distinction, including our exciting return to Barcelona and new stops in Turkey and Italy. Pro tip: Don’t miss the rendezvous of SEA CLOUD SPIRIT and SEA CLOUD II sailing side by side in April or October — it’s quite a majestic sight. And new in the Caribbean are the homeports of Barbados and Santo Domingo, sailing through Bequia, the Tobago Cays, and Dominica. Or explore Curaçao to Colón via Aruba, Cartagena, the San Blas Islands, and Panama Canal, then on to Costa Rica. Each itinerary reflects our hallmark approach to exploration: intimate ports, cultural heritage, and the timeless romance of true sailing.

Cultivated Journeys return with experiences that place you directly in the moment, including front-row views of the St. Barths Bucket Regatta. And iconic overnights include Bordeaux, Oban, Honfleur, Palma de Mallorca, St. Barths, Virgin Gorda, and more, allowing evenings to unfold after the day-trippers have departed. Staying later changes the experience entirely, replacing quick impressions with genuine connection.

Want to stay even longer? Check out Signature Stays in Panama City and Costa Rica. Our pre- and post-sail extensions feature five-star hotels, destination-driven dining, and private excursions. Same journey. More layers.

What defines SEA CLOUD remains unchanged. Routes are curated with care. Time is treated as a luxury. And each sailing rewards curiosity, experience, and perspective. I look forward to welcoming you aboard in 2027 and sharing a deep respect for the art of travel.

Sincerely,

Mirell Reyes CEO & President

MEET

SEA CLOUD II

A LEGEND REIMAGINED

Modeled in the image of her iconic predecessor, she carries the heritage of wind-powered sailing forward with a distinctly contemporary spirit. Hosting just 94 guests and 65 crew, she delivers the intimacy of a private yacht paired with the presence of a tall ship. Her suites and deluxe staterooms with marble bathrooms are joined by a fine-dining restaurant, lido deck and bar, Steinway piano lounge, library, boutique, gym, spa, and a swim platform with aqua gear — all of which earned a Berlitz five-star rating.

DECK DETAILS

Thoughtfully designed throughout, every space aboard SEA CLOUD II reflects an elevated approach to time at sea. Four wide decks invite guests to linger at the lido bar and bistro, listen to live piano in the lounge, or retreat to the sunlit library. Wellness options range from the fitness room and spa to the drop-down swim platform. Evenings bring everyone together for a single, refined seating in the ship’s fine-dining restaurant.

This private-yacht-style sailing vessel features 47 highdesign suites and staterooms. Art interiors, marble bathrooms, and elegant sitting areas create welcoming personal spaces designed for relaxation and lingering between days ashore.

SEA CLOUD SPIRIT

THE NEW ICON

SEA CLOUD SPIRIT stands at the pinnacle of modern tall-ship sailing, combining contemporary design with a closer relationship to the sea itself. Shaped by the lines of the original SEA CLOUD and enhanced with 21st-century technology introduced in 2021, she represents the newest evolution of the fleet. As the largest of the SEA CLOUDS, she welcomes up to 136 guests with generous open spaces designed for exploration and ease. Three towering masts carry 28 sails raised by hand, creating a luminous, open-air experience paired with upscale comfort built around elegant relaxation.

DECK DETAILS

Across her open decks and social spaces, SEA CLOUD SPIRIT offers an inviting rhythm for life at sea. A spacious sun deck, fine-dining restaurant, and lido deck form the heart of daily life, while a Steinway-centered lounge sets a relaxed, elegant tone. Panoramic ocean views frame the fitness studio, and the dedicated spa and wellness area includes a sauna, steam bath, and a selection of cosmetic treatments for complete rejuvenation.

The ship’s suites bring the experience of sailing directly into the living space, with private balconies opening to the sea. Generous sleeping and sitting areas, fine furnishings, polished finishes, and signature gold accents give these accommodations a sense of residential ease.

The outside staterooms provide an equally inviting retreat. Nearly half of SEA CLOUD SPIRIT’s 69 accommodations include either a private balcony or opening windows, allowing fresh air and everchanging ocean views to become part of everyday life on board.

More Ocean, LESS ENGINE

The art of sailing sustainably on a SEA CLOUD ship begins with a scene few travelers ever witness. Crew members step out onto the deck and into the rigging, climbing high above the rails as thick lines are cast loose and heavy sails are released. One by one, the canvas drops, billows, and is pulled into position. On deck, teams haul ropes through blocks and winches, tightening and trimming each sail by hand. The entire process takes close to an hour, and guests can follow every movement from start to finish.

There are no automated systems behind the scenes. No hidden motors raising the sails. What you see is exactly what is happening: a working sailing ship shifting from engine power to wind. As the final lines are secured and the sails fill, the sound and motion of the ship change. The engines quiet, the decks settle, and the vessel begins moving forward under its own canvas.

This is not a demonstration. These ships are designed to travel under sail for a meaningful portion of every voyage, using wind power whenever conditions allow. When weather or routing calls for it, modern diesel-electric engines take over, running on low-sulfur marine fuel to reduce emissions while maintaining reliability.

This approach shapes the entire journey. Smaller ships and quieter arrivals allow access to ports that large cruise vessels cannot enter, bringing guests closer to town centers and coastal communities. Excursions are planned in small groups and built around local partners, creating economic benefit without overwhelming the destination. Due to the small size and picturesque sight of our ships, we are welcomed in many ports that are averse to large cruise ships. For example, ours are among the exclusive few still permitted to sail and dock in Venice’s Grand Canal.

On board, sustainability continues through reusable water bottles, glass straws, kitchen practices designed to minimize food waste, and reduced paper use via digital daily newsletters — we comp 10 gigs of WiFi to accommodate this green effort.

The result is travel that is powered more by wind and skill than by machinery, delivering a deeper connection to the sea and the places it reaches.

HANDS-ON SAILING

Guests are invited to take part in maritime traditions, from knot-tying to sheeting in the lines and hauling the yards.

And as one of the only luxury fleets to still hoist the sails by hand, don’t miss the most authentic part of your journey when sailors scale 190 feet up into the shrouds to release the heavy sails. It’s a rare part of the adventure few ever experience.

Onboard Amenities, ELEVATED

The design tells you everything, with every space shaped for how well-traveled guests vacation in high style on a classic sailing ship.

At the center of yachting life is our lido deck. It hosts the first coffee of the morning, the leisurely flow of breakfast, and the cadence of conversation as sails catch the wind. When afternoon fades, glasses are poured, and the lido becomes the social spot for aperitifs. With the sunset casting a coral glow, a pianist sets pre-dinner ambiance, and later carries the mood after plates are cleared. On SEA CLOUD SPIRIT, a deck-level bistro adds another layer, with a relaxed way to dine by day and sip under a starry sky.

The inside spaces of the SEA CLOUDS, inspired by original owner Marjorie Merriweather Post, offer warm, rich tones that feel stately yet inviting. A sunlit library, a lounge filled with the sounds of our Steinway grand piano — this is where books open, games unfold, and glasses of port are in hand. Wood paneling, generous seating, and wide sea views give the room the feel of a private club that moves with the tide. The upscale space is a venue for VIP speakers on Cultivated Journeys (see page 27).

Wellness areas bring the same sense of elevated intention. SEA CLOUD SPIRIT’s spa combines Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, and treatment rooms for recovery after days on deck and adventures ashore. A sea-view fitness studio keeps routines intact without losing sight of the water. And a boutique curates upscale apparel, gifts, and travel essentials.

SEA CLOUD II opens the bridge to watch the Captain navigate, and SEA CLOUD SPIRIT adds an elevator that connects down to the marina platform, where complimentary paddle boards, snorkeling gear, and tubing await.

Every accommodation faces the ocean, ensuring the sea is always part of the experience. Suites elevate that connection with private verandas, elegant interiors, and expansive marble bathrooms finished with golden fixtures. Fireplace seating and French antiques add a residential warmth that is classic, personal, and undeniably SEA CLOUD.

Five-Star Style from Bow to Stern

On the lido deck, conversations flow over a leisurely breakfast or perfectly chilled sunset aperitif. A pianist entertains during early evening and accompanies after-dinner drinks.

LIFE UNDER OUR SAILS

From oceanview staterooms and veranda suites to spa space, Steinway lounge, open bridge, and marina platform, every SEA CLOUD ship pairs classic sailing design with elevated amenities that support how guests move, gather, and relax on our yachts.

YOUR SELF-CARE JOURNEY

Turn your luxury sailing voyage into a pampering vacation. From deep tissue massages to hot stone therapies, a steam bath to Finnish sauna detox, and cosmetic treatments with high-end products, our selfcare menu transforms the sailing voyage into one of pure indulgence.

JOYS OF SMALL LUXURY SHIPS

From climbing the mast to spa days at sea, adventure meets luxury under the sails. Small ships make room for the unexpected. Dive directly into the Atlantic, Pacific, Caribbean, or Mediterranean from our marina platform, trace the shoreline by Zodiac, or step onto the sands for a private beach barbecue shaped by local flavors.

A LIFE Well Sailed

One day you’re watching the crew scale the masts to set the sails by hand. The next, you’re clipped in, climbing up yourself. The sails are not just scenery here. They are the center of the experience.

The view shifts dramatically once you rise above the deck. As some of the only passenger ships still sailed the traditional way, we relish showing guests this rare perspective from the first platform 46 feet up, where the horizon opens in every direction.

Prefer your adventure down on deck? Don’t miss the hand-release of the sails — it’s one of the most thrilling sights. Later at the hands-on class, take an active part in the rhythm of traditional seamanship sheeting in the lines and hauling the yards with the crew. Or watch the captain at work on the open bridge, observing the craft, command, and confidence it takes to navigate by wind.

Our smaller ships open the door to the spontaneous. Days may include an open-water swim, a Zodiac ride tracing the shoreline, or a private beach barbecue tucked into a quiet bay. Local flavors shape each gathering ashore, paired with snorkeling, swimming, and time to stay a while.

Back on board, the fitness room faces the sea, turning a workout into a horizon-level view. At the marina platform, paddleboards, kayaks, and tubing keep afternoons active between ports.

When it’s time to slow things down, the spa takes the lead with deep tissue and hot stone massages. Steam baths and a Finnish sauna support recovery, while cosmetic treatments with premium products add a polished finish. It’s the quieter side of life under sail, designed for restoration.

Evenings bring everyone together for a single fourcourse dinner in the ship’s panoramic restaurant. The setting is refined yet relaxed, with ocean views framing each course. Menus balance classic technique with regional inspiration, often sourced in port that same day. Wines follow the route as closely as the sails, reflecting the places visited along the way.

IN Good Taste

Indulge in the gourmet side of sailing with SEA CLOUD CRUISES, where cuisine is a defining part of the journey. Our culinary program is shaped by proud partnerships with Michelin-star chefs, James Beard award winners, and celebrated sommeliers who regularly host exclusive Cultivated Journeys and shoreside epicurean experiences.

Menus evolve with the itinerary. Whether led by a legendary guest chef or our own revered culinary team, each meal reflects the flavors of the region, from upscale breakfasts to signature gala dinners. In port, while guests are out exploring, our crew is doing the same, sourcing the day’s ingredients at local markets and docks. In the Caribbean, that may mean wahoo, mahi, or tuna procured directly from village fishermen. In Europe, Italian branzino, French oysters, or freshly caught hake may be among the morning’s catch from the surrounding seas.

Beyond daily menus, the culinary experience extends into immersive moments that connect guests with regional food culture. On culinary sailings, guest chefs host cooking demonstrations and conversations that explore local ingredients and techniques. Every epicurean experience is designed to deepen the connection between destination and dining while fostering convivial table life that is uniquely SEA CLOUD.

SIP AND SAVOR

Every voyage is paired with a thoughtfully curated wine program selected to mirror the destinations we sail. Crisp Sicilian whites, expressive Bordeaux vintages, or Caribbean-aged rum enjoyed beneath the stars. And champagne is always at hand, of course, elevating each toast with a sense of place.

STEINWAY ARTIST FAMILY

Once a year, the upscale lounges of the SEA CLOUDS transform into exclusive concert halls for renowned pianists and up-and-coming talents from the Steinway Artist Family. They perform onboard throughout the Cultivated Journey and for a Curated Moment ashore at an exclusive evening venue.

LEGENDS OF THE SEA

Our VIPs come aboard with stories you won’t find in guidebooks. Sail with historians, naval veterans, and museum directors who have commanded ships, curated maritime legacies, and shaped SEA CLOUD history itself, sharing insight that makes every nautical mile under sail more meaningful.

Cultivated Journeys & SIGNATURE STAYS

Less checklists, more deep dives! These sailings, built around shared interests, feature VIP guests on board and pre-sail time ashore. Our Cultivated Journeys and Signature Stays open unique worlds for the well-traveled, exploring history, arts, culture, cuisine, and wellness.

One week might follow a culinary rhythm through the Caribbean with a celebrity chef in the galley, live cooking demos on deck, and menus shaped by the ports. Another centers on music with nightly performances by the Steinway Artists Family on the ship’s grand piano. History-focused itineraries bring award-winning journalists and former Navy Admirals on board, turning sea days into story sessions and ports into living case studies. Wellness journeys trade packed schedules for a reset under the sails with yoga, movement, and mindfulness. And select voyages place guests in rare positions for legendary events, including front row at the St. Barths Bucket Regatta.

Signature Stays take the experience beyond the ship. Arrive early or stay longer with pre- and post-sail extensions that include exclusive hotels, destination-driven dining, and private excursions ashore. Same journey. More layers.

Culinary sailings put the galley center stage, with Michelin stars, celebrated restaurateurs, and TV fan favorites sharing demos, stories, signature dishes, and gala dinners shaped by the sea.

ALL THE WAYS

We Celebrate

Some celebrations call for champagne. Ours call for champagne under the sails. Milestone birthdays, special anniversaries, best friend getaways — whatever the occasion, make it opulent on a historic sailing yacht. In VIP areas onboard, we design elite experiences as the backdrop for your sailing vacation.

Getting married? Exchange rings under the whites in a ceremony at sea officiated by the captain. We see to every detail with our wedding package, including a honeymoon shaped by coastlines and coral sunsets.

Sailing with friends? Gather the group. Name the interest. Leave the logistics to us. Art, architecture, food and wine, music, literature — our crew turns common ground into a custom sailing. SEA CLOUD’S world-class service means customized programs for groups and guests.

Milestones deserve more than a dinner reservation. Toast birthdays, anniversaries, and once-in-a-lifetime moments aboard once-in-a-lifetime ships.

VENUE: CHECK

When the setting is a historic sailing yacht, the ceremony is destined for greatness. With every detail handled by our crew, say “I do” under sail, sky, and the romance of a tall ship.

THE Caribbean

From November through March, a steady breeze from the winter trade winds makes conditions in the Caribbean a sailor’s dream. Yacht to Barbados, Santo Domingo, or Guadeloupe, new stops this season, through Bequia, the Tobago Cays, and Dominica. Explore upscale islands on 7- to 14-night luxury sailings that highlight the region’s more refined side in St. Barths and Anguilla, with overnights in Gustavia, Virgin Gorda, Norman Island, and select ports across the Lesser Antilles. The Caribbean is calling with rainforests, waterfalls, and the exclusive side of island life, while days under sail showcase the quiet elegance of windpowered travel.

Central America

Go west in February or March for 8 to 12 nights on routes that explore secluded bays exclusive to smaller ships. After stops in the ABC islands, we head northwest from Panama City’s nearby port of Colón to Puntarenas, near the Costa Rican capital of San José. Glide through the grand locks of the Panama Canal aboard an authentic tall ship — an unparalleled way to witness the modern wonder. Step ashore on the indigenous San Blas Islands, walk among the treetops in Carara National Park, see the biodiverse wonders of Golfo Dulce. Each thoughtfully selected excursion showcases Central America’s most extraordinary environments, delivered at a more intimate scale.

Trans CROSSING atlantic

Few journeys measure seamanship quite like an Atlantic passage, where time, wind, and distance take on new meaning. Guided by winter trade winds from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean, the route slips south toward the latitude of Cape Verde. From there, the bow angles west and the air grows warmer. For two weeks in November, conditions favor sail alone, often carrying through the night in classic, unhurried fashion. Days at sea settle into a refined rhythm of open-bridge time with the officers, sail handling with the crew, books in the library, conversation in the lounge, spa days at sea, and the rare luxury of silence broken only by wind and water.

Morocco, Spain & PORTUGAL

From the vibrant heart of Lisbon to sunlit Andalusian harbors and across Moroccan shores, this collection threads coastal cultures into an unforgettable circuit. Choose 4-, 7-, or 9-night sailings in spring or fall, strolling Lisbon’s tile-lined alleys before yachting to Cádiz’s cathedral silhouette and the medina maze of Tangier. Moorish mosaics set the tone in Casablanca and Agadir before the Canaries’ volcanic profiles emerge on the horizon. Palma de Mallorca offers Balearic flair, while Gibraltar stands sentinel between seas. Ports welcome with wine, olive oil, and unique Old Towns that mix with modern city flair.

Coast Atlantic & BRITISH ISLES

New in 2027, sail Portugal’s golden coast to the Celtic fringe from May to July for 6 to 8 nights. It starts on the Bay of Biscay, with art, appetite, and Atlantic scenery. Highlights span Bilbao’s Guggenheim after hours, pintxos and Rioja in San Sebastián, and seafood in Gijón, A Coruña, and Vigo. Along the Atlantic coast, oysters, Cognac, and Pineau await in La Rochelle. Honfleur stays photogenic, Belle Île en Mer welcomes with wild cliffs, while Lorient and Le Palais add local culture and an authentic taste of seaside France. Crossing into the British Isles, Leith opens to Edinburgh, followed by the Orkney Islands for Neolithic sites and Viking lore, then onward to the Hebrides, including Stornoway and Tobermory.

MEDITERRANEAN Western

Sail April through October on 4- to 10-night routes from ancient cities to white-washed villages, tracing a graceful arc from the Aegean to the Iberian Peninsula. Departing Valletta, voyages call on Sicily’s Taormina and Agrigento, Corsica’s dramatic Bonifacio, and Alghero in Sardinia. Days unfold in Italian Rivieras before turning west to Menorca’s Balearic hideaways for our exciting return to Barcelona. Additional calls highlight Spanish ports celebrated for local cuisine, coastal promenades, and architectural distinction. Every trip blends sought-after icons with ports other ships skip, pairing discovery with the grace of fullsail travel.

MEDITERRANEAN Eastern

New ports set the tone for these sailings, including Kithnos with its understated villages, Kavala’s hillside old town, and Dikili along Turkey’s Aegean coast, each rich with history and local character. The route weaves through Vis and Komiža’s harbor, Trogir’s stone lanes shaped by Romanesque and Renaissance hands, and Šibenik’s cathedral-lined waterfront before turning south and east toward Greece. Ikaria and Kythira round out the journey with restorative landscapes and unhurried exploration. Sailing takes place June through October on 6- to 10-night itineraries, with select voyages concluding in Venice, where the SEA CLOUDS are among the few welcomed into the Grand Canal.

WORTH KNOWING

Cozumel is more than beaches and breezes — it’s a living layer cake of ancient culture, Spanish influence, and vibrant island life. While the Riviera Maya buzzes just across the water, Cozumel moves to its own rhythm. The overnight stay allows you to linger longer: perhaps diving into the Mesoamerican Reef by day, then sampling Yucatecan cuisine and catching a twilight breeze along the malecón. Just inland, sacred cenotes and Maya ruins hint at stories far older than the modern resort scene.

WORTH KNOWING

Costa Rica’s lush nature is especially intensive when approached with a dash of adventure and discovery. As there are often no harbors with fixed piers on the pristine coasts, we land with our inflatable motorboats (zodiacs). It’s worth getting up early for our excursions because birds, monkeys, and other animals are most active at sunrise and early morning.
