Temperate wintertime in Seabrook is one of the best times to be outdoors on the Washington Coast. The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) recently set tentative clam digging dates through April 3, with another set of digs happening this week on Seabrook’s beach named Mocrocks. “Life’s Better With Pizza.” Seabrook agrees, and this local legend proves it. They capture the wild heart of the Olympic Peninsula in every slice, blending foraged ingredients and artisan craftsmanship with the soul of traditional cooking. It’s pizza, elevated.
Seabrook ‘found’ the owners in 2014, and it all began in a 1939 Chevrolet Farm Truck, with a wood-fired brick oven. In 2016, the truck turned into a rustic, family-friendly pizzeria with a menu that looks beyond pizza; offering classic Italian items like focaccia, stromboli, roasted olives, Italian sodas – and salads, PNW beers, + wine on tap.
Try their Fennel Sausage Pizza—cream base, melty mozzarella, fennel, leeks, red onion, and a shake of parmesan.
