Company Success Drives Charity Success

The charitable success of The Second Step Foundation is now partnered by the employees at Interstate Companies, Inc. Their hard work at dozens of branches in communities across 13 states fuels the success of our privately held company. Each year, a portion of Interstate’s profits are donated to the foundation to help meet the needs of the communities where we operate. Our company’s ongoing success gives back to the places where our employees live.

Recipients Meet Three Criteria

To be considered for a grant from The Second Step Foundation, the recipient organizations must pass three criteria requiring that they are: • Not attached to any religious organization • Not attached to any political organization • A registered non-profit organization

Donations Help Our Communities

Each year, charities in 27 Interstate markets receive donations made on behalf of employees who work at branches from Interstate’s divisions – • I-State Truck Center • Assembly Systems • Southwest Products • Interstate Power Systems • Bearing Systems • Industrial Systems • Energy Systems • Transport Refrigeration.
