Personal Note to Athletes and Parents These camps are designed to instill fundamentals. These basics, along with a high degree of dedication have greatly contributed to the success our teams have enjoyed. During these camps, you will receive individual instruction that leads to a better understanding of skills and disciplines required to compete in basketball. We are dedicated to providing an affordable camp to help young athletes improve their game.

SD School of Mines Lady Hardrocker BASKETBALL CAMP

July 18-20, 2011 (Monday-Wednesday) Boys & Girls Grades 1-6 8:30 – 11:30 am Girls 7-12 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

PURPOSE OF CAMP Developing specific skills will be the emphasis of this camp. Carry over drills will be taught enabling each athlete to use them on their own.

Location: King Center On Campus of SD School of Mines Rapid City, SD

Air Conditioned Gym BARB FELDERMAN Lady Hardrocker Head Coach & Camp Director Coached for over 37 years at every level and Head Coach at School of Mines for 30 years.

Coached highly competitive teams including those appearing in the National Championships, 9 times with Final Four finishes in 1998 and 1999!

Numerous honors including Conference Coach of the Year 7 times, South Dakota Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year, Women’s College Coach of the Year, Rapid City Sports Hall of Fame Inductee, Northern State Alumni Coach of the Year, among other Coaching Assistants will be Lady Hardrocker Basketball Players.

Typical Daily Schedule *Ball Handling & Warm-up Drills * Demonstration of Fundamentals * Practice of Various Skills * Drill Stations * 3-on-3 and Various Competitive Drills

Campers will be divided into groups according to skill level.

I hereby authorize the directors of the Lady Hardrocker Basketball Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and I hereby waive and release SD School of Mines or any camp staff from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses inferred while at the camp. I also certify that the athlete named below is medically fit to participate in this camp.
