ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT: Pierre, SD

This position supervises and coordinates all activities of the workers in the Electric Department. The Superintendent

directly manages maintenance and repair of the underground electric distribution system and coordinates with regional transmission operators on the City overhead transmission system. Applicants must have training and seven years experience as a Journeyman Lineman. Supervisory experience over installation, repair and maintenance of an underground distribution system would be advantageous. Understanding of electrical theory, underground electrical infrastructure, and NERC Reliability Standards is desirable. We are looking for demonstrated skills and experience in management, organization and supervision.
