Path to the Girl Scout Silver Award

The Girl Scout Silver Award represents a Cadette’s accomplishments in Girl Scouting and in their communities as they grow and work to improve the lives of others. Before beginning their Silver Award project,

Cadettes complete a Girl Scout Journey, which leads them through the steps of self-discovery, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place. Then, either as individuals or in a small group, they explore the community, identify and research an issue they care about, make a plan to address it, and take action in a sustainable and measurable way.
