Mesa College - Completed Projects Allied Health Building g Project Budget: $28.9 million Completion Date: August 2009 New three-story, 50,000 square-foot provides training p g facilities and classroom space for degree and certificate programs for five healthcare fields.

The project is currently tracking LEED Gold.

Mesa College - Completed Projects College g Police Station Project Budget: $3.4 million (Part of $34.4 million East Campus Improvement Project)

Completion Date: July 2009 The 7,000 square-foot station include a waiting area, area offices offices, conference room, room a secure suspect processing area, and a locker room area outfitted with daylightg fixtures and waterless and lowharvesting flow plumbing fixtures. Tracking LEED Gold.

Mesa College - Completed Projects Parking g Structure Completion Date: March 2009 The new 1 1,100-space, 100-space four-level parking structure is part of East Campus improvement Project that includes a complete road realignment. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the top level to harvest solar energy, offsetting the energy needs for the police station and the new Allied new p Health Building.

Mesa College - Completed Projects Athletic Facility y Project Budget: $4.9 million Completion Date: January 2010 Renovation includes new artificial turf, an all weather synthetic track, all-weather track an upper field event area, and ADA-compliant pedestrian ramp and restroom facilities. The renovation will also include retaining walls, walls concrete concrete, fencing and utilities for athletic field events.
