Aiesha Blevins, Greystar Aiesha Blevins is a Regional Property Manager for Greystar Residential. She is responsible for a portfolio consisting of six communities, totaling approximately 1,000 units, throughout San Diego County. Her expertise extends to product types including lease ups, stabilized communities, broken condominium projects, renovations, and garden-style, mid-rise, and highrise communities. She has a strong track record in generating optimum performance for both institutional and high-net-worth clients in markets throughout Southern California, Connecticut, and New York.

Aiesha is an active participant with the Southern California Rental Housing Association as its President in 2023 and 2024. She served on numerous volunteer committees over the years and advocated for SCRHA and the industry in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento.

Nancy Robertson Service Award In 2017, SCRHA introduced the Nancy Robertson Service Award to honor Nancy Robertson’s 28 years of service to the Association. To qualify, a candidate must have 20 years or more of service to SCRHA as a volunteer or staff. Service is defined as any continuous work at SCRHA, including everything from serving on a committee to contributing to the PAC.
