If you don’t know your Scudo account number please call customer services 0330 124 7290 Please use an email address that you will be happy to receive order acknowledgements and notifications to.

Once complete, click the ‘Register’ button and you will be taken back to the login page.

QUICK START GUIDE - HOW TO REGISTER CHECK YOUR EMAILS. YOU SHOULD NOW HAVE RECEIVE THE BELOW. This will be sent to the email you submitted on the registration form.

You will need to confirm your address by clicking on this link before your portal can be activated.

You will be taken to this page on clicking this link

ALLOW UP TO 3 HOURS FOR YOUR PORTAL TO BECOME ACTIVE. (Your portal activation is done by one of our team so can only be activated within office hours) If your account is active, once you log in you will be taken to this main screen.

If you try to login before your portal is activated you will receive this message, please wait a little longer before retrying

QUICK START GUIDE - HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER Click on ‘Place Order’ tab.

Search for a product by name, SKU or type.

You will be able to see if your item is in stock (more than 10 in stock), low in stock (less than 10 in stock), or out of stock.

Set quantity

Click to add to order

Please Note:

You will have this icon next to any items that are out of stock, if you proceed with your order these will be placed on back order. Please contact us if you need to know when you can expect to receive these out of stock items.

Once you have added all your required products click ‘Next’ to move on to the delivery options

QUICK START GUIDE - HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER Set a delivery address if different to invoice address.

Set the date you require delivery and any extra delivery instructions e.g. only deliver between 9am and 4pm

Click ‘next’ to move on to order summary page

Check you order details and then click here to place your order

Your order is now created

If you receive the message that your account is ‘on hold’ please contact our accounts department to resolve and then we release your order for processing.
