fit FEST

Group X Fit Fest: Finding Your Fit Kick-start your spring fitness routine by sampling any of our instructor led programs. Usually reserved for facility members, these classes will appeal to all levels and give students a snapshot of what to expect for the rest of the semester. Try everything from Zumba, indoor cycling, and cardio and strength circuit to yoga and TRX training. Group X Fit Fest schedule of classes and participation details are listed at SouthernCT.edu/fitnesscenter. Participants must be at least 18 years old, and sign a waiver prior to participating in the classes.

1-4 p.m. • Chase the Chill: Scarf Making • ASC Ballroom Give back to the New Haven community by creating a fleece scarf that will be donated to those in need.

Scarves will be dropped off on the New Haven Green with invitations for community members to claim them.

Hall Olympics Sunday, April 17 All nine residence halls take part in friendly competitions in various events. Events range from threelegged races and scavenger hunts to three-on-three basketball tournaments and more!

Spring Week Monday April 18 – Saturday April 23 Spring Week takes place during the final weeks of the spring semester, and highlights include the Spring Week concert and dance party. In the past, the Spring Week concert has featured artists such as Fabolous, The Roots, Trey Songz, The Dream, Talib Kweli, Yellowcard and more.
