Kaiser Permanente Southern California reserves behind-the-plate seats (Section 3RS) to our almostchampion Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. Tickets for 2018 games currently range from $34 to $58 per person. However, discounted tickets apply to a select number of games.
Physicians can choose to watch the Angels of Anaheim — the area’s other beloved baseball team — as well. Our company reserves seating in the Terrace All Star or Terrace Box sections at Angels Stadium, and prices range from $19 to$39 per game. The discount applies to a select number of games as well.
But, if the Staples Center is more your style, there are 2 discounted options for both of our local NBA teams.
Through Goldstar Events, Inc, tickets for a 2018 Los Angeles Clippers basketball game currently range from $6 to$175 per match with various seating options. Additionally, Recreation Connection offers a 10 percent off ticket prices with no additional service fees. Tickets to an Los Angeles Laker’s game are also available with discounts corresponding to those of the Clipper’s.
Needless to say, marked down tickets are also available for the hockey fan (Los Angeles Kings), the football fan (Los Angeles Rams), and the soccer fan (Los Angeles Galaxy). Simply head to Recreation Connection’s website for details on all the options listed above and many more.
Family-Friendly Activities
Kaiser Permanente physicians can get discounted annual or daily passes to Universal Studios and Disney Land in Anaheim or SeaWorld and Legoland near San Diego. Ticket price and availability vary, but it’s an opportunity too good to pass up — especially for families with little ones.
Well-known parks aside, did you know Kaiser Permanente also offers discounts to local zoos and aquariums, museums and other lesser-known amusement parks?
For a family looking for competition and adventure, employees can purchase Six Flags Magic Mountains – Los Angeles day passes for $55.25 instead of $84.99. Or, families may choose to spend $13.99 per ticket and head to Castle Park, an amusement park in Riverside that features all-ages rides, putt-putt, and arcade games. Other options include a variety of nearby miniature golf courses, more amusement parks, and Madame Tussaud’s wax museum in Hollywood.
Still, the more educational-leaning family might be more interested in the various zoos and aquarium discounts offered throughout the area. Of course, there’s discounted tickets to the San Diego Zoo, but for those unwilling to brave too much traffic, reduced tickets to the nearby Los Angeles Zoo run about $16 for adults and $13 for children. Employees can also save $10 per adult ticket at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, or they can attend the Pasadena Museum of California Art for free, as long as visits are pre-scheduled.
There are numerous discounts available, not only in the LA Metropolitan area. Check out Recreation Connection’s at Recreation.com for more details.
