Players must dentify which division they would like to compete in at registration. To be crowned overall Champion, the player must participate in the Championship Division. AWARDS A Player’s Reception will immediately follow the conclusion of the final round, including a ‘Gifting Suite’ courtesy of our event partners. WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA - The Women’s Division season comes to an end as the Final Round of the Southern California PGA Women’s Section Championship concludes.
Now four time Champion of the Women’s Section Championship Lehua Wise, PGA, has claimed victory yet again with back to back 70s for four-under.
“It feels great to get the title back. It was a good couple of days of steady and consistent golf by making some birdies and eliminating mistakes.” said Wise. “My putting for sure kept me in the game. I made 10 birdies which was nice.” She explained further. Wise finished with “Thank you North Ranch Country Club for hosting this event, everyone at Hideaway and my team.”
The 2020 Champion of Wood Ranch Country Club Dr. Alison Curdt, PGA (71,77) and North Ranch Golf Clubs very own Assistant Professional Cortney Shrout, PGA, tied for second place (72,76) with four-over par. Shrout expressed her feelings of competing at her home club, “It feels good to compete and
