The Scottsdale Arts team strives to make every visit and experience inspiring, enjoyable, and accessible. Trained volunteer ushers are available to answer any questions, and our box office staff is happy to provide concierge service during events at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. If you ever have any questions or concerns, or if you simply need additional information, do not hesitate to give us a call at 480-499-8587. Persons with varying levels of hearing or speech challenges may call 7-1-1 for relay service.

Hours Wednesday–Saturday: Noon–6 p.m. Sunday–Tuesday: Open during events only. Closed on all major holidays.

Performance days: Open one hour prior to show through intermission. If intermission falls after 9 p.m., box office will close before intermission.

• For ONE Members at the President’s Club level or higher, all fees are waived.

• Subscribers and groups only pay their respective fees. All others are waived.

• Ticket and fee refunds are not allowed unless an event or performance is canceled and not rescheduled.
