ACCESSIBILITY

Scottsdale Arts is continually striving to increase our accessibility to provide as seamless an experience as possible for everyone in the community. Our current offerings include:

WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE SEATING

When purchasing your tickets online, over the phone, or in person, please request the accommodation you may need at the time of purchase. Please note requests for chairs and other preferences. For online orders, seating accommodation is asked at the checkout page.

ASSISTIVE-LISTENING DEVICES

■ FM system, compatible with 3.5-mm headphone jack

■ Loop necklace compatibility

AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE (ASL) INTERPRETATION

ASL interpretation is scheduled for select season shows and can be requested for any show in the season. Please request this service at least two weeks prior to the event date.

LIVE AUDIO DESCRIPTION AND CART CAPTIONING

■ Please request at least two weeks in advance.

BRAILLE AND LARGE-PRINT PROGRAMS

■ Must request two weeks in advance.

SENSORY KITS

■ Limited quantities of sensory kits designed for patrons with autism or sensory-processing disorders are available to be checked out. Please request the kit on site at the box office or through event staff.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY

■ Service animals, defined under federal ADA law as trained dogs or miniature horses, are welcome at the Center’s events, however, they must be tethered and under control by their owner at all times. Service animals may rest in the seating area of their owner rather than in the aisle.
