WHAT IS THE ACADEMY?
A unique series of structured training programmes designed by industry experts to enable real and sustainable business growth. Almost 100 businesses have taken part so far. Underpinned by tailored one-to-one mentoring, each programme matches the needs of cohort business with appropriate specialists. This approach also allows participants to spend time on their personal development, enhancing their individual leadership skills and leaving them with knowledge to share with their wider team. There are three courses to choose from: Seeding Growth, Accelerating Growth and Commercial Excellence.
