After our enforced break, we’re back bigger and better than before with an all-new top venue, and a great line-up of speakers from across our membership including a unique “Question Time” panel with our Scottish Bakers Presidential line-up of Linda Hill, Ian McGhee and Michelle Phillips. We’ll also be welcoming Mairi Gougeon MSP, the Scottish Government’s Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and Islands to help us open Saturday’s proceedings. And we’re so excited to confirm our guest speaker Carina Lepore, 2019 winner of BBC TV’s The Apprentice, who will tell us about her journey and how she sees her bakery business growing. And of course, we’ve got two amazing gala dinners and awards ceremonies, the installation of our new President and the presentation to the Scottish Baker of the Year 2022.
