PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Welcome to the 21st World Championship Scotch Pie Awards and I hope you have an enjoyable afternoon. As President of Scottish Bakers, organisers of the awards, I would like to say a big thank you to the organising committee and the team at Bakers House. Thanks also must go to our judges led by Head Judge Ian Nelson, without your expertise, we could not reward our hard working butchers and bakers.
