HOSTING A FRINGE
Hosting a fringe meeting at conference is a great opportunity to reach a wide and politically engaged audience with a variety of delegates, elected politicians and commercial visitors in attendance. Conference provides a forum for lively and dynamic discussions on a range of topics.
Fringe hosts set the topic for discussion and are free to invite speakers from within the Scottish Labour Party, or externally.
Fringe meetings are held at breakfast, over the lunch break and at the end of each day of conference. Hosts are able to provide catering, organised through the venue, for guests attending.

All media registered for Conference are invited to attend this popular, well attended evening reception. The event will be attended by the Leader and Deputy Leader of the Scottish Labour Party and other senior Labour politicians.
Exhibitors & Fringe Hosts Reception
All exhibitors, stall holders and fringe hosts are invited to this early evening reception. The event will be attended by senior Labour politicians who will take the opportunity to thank organisations for their involvement with Conference.
Conference Disco
All passholders are invited to this staple of the conference calendar. The event will be attended by senior Labour politicians and is a key event for socialising with members from across the party.
Local Government Reception
All Scottish Labour councillors are invited to this reception. The event will be attended by the Leader of the Scottish Labour Party and other senior Labour politicians.
Lounges
Our lounge spaces in the exhibition hall are an opportunity to have a private space that can be used by you, your clients, and our elected officials.
EXHIBITING AT CONFERENCE
Conference is much more than a forum for delegates; it provides an exciting place for a whole host of people to meet and discuss the party’s policies, attend fringe events, network and influence political thinking.
