Duration 30’ Instrumentation Mezzo-soprano (amplified) Pre-recorded mezzo-soprano Flute (doubling Piccolo) Percussion (2 players): small drum kit [bass drum, snare drum, hi-hat, ride cymbal, crash cymbal], tam-tam, crotales [two octaves], marimba, vibraphone, glockenspiel, two goblet drums, tubular bells [CE and E above middle C], sizzle cymbal, large suspended cymbal, zills, cabasa

Acoustic guitar (doubling Electric guitar*) Electric guitar (doubling four-string Electric Bass guitar*) Violin Viola Violoncello Double bass (with optional low-B extension)

All acoustic instruments should be lightly amplified to achieve a balance between the live vocal, pre-recorded track and electric guitar. *Both guitarists require clean amplification and a distortion pedal. The two players cannot share an Electric guitar: if only one is available the first player will continue on Acoustic guitar. If no Electric Bass guitar is available then the player should use an octave pedal.
