FLiP – School of Money on Wheels
In 2025, we organized 47 workshops in 10 partner libraries and 38 online workshops (310 participants). Participation was free, and activities were adapted for different age categories, from preschool to high school.

Play4FinancialSkills
Game-based financial education program that teaches students, through interactive activities, concepts such as saving, budgeting, consumption and responsible financial decision-making.
In 2025, together with partners from Belgium, Romania, Moldova, Luxembourg and France, we delivered 57 workshops in 16 schools, contributing to the development of financial literacy among students in primary, lower-secondary and high school.
La Sfat
Program that educates young people in financial planning, savings and responsible spending through educational activities, board games and practical life simulations — offering free participation to students aged 5–8, coordinated by trained facilitators.
Implemented in partnership with Lupte și Raiffeisen Bank.

Educational program dedicated to supporting talented young people in their personal and artistic development through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on workshops. In 2025, the 10th edition of the program attracted 747 applicants, of whom 60 students were selected as scholarship recipients and participated in 3 educational workshops, 5 webinars, 3 Living Libraries, an intensive camp, and over 150 mentoring and coaching sessions, contributing to the development of participants’ artistic and entrepreneurial competencies.
National program dedicated to lifelong learning, addressed to teachers, parents, and grandparents, with the aim of developing the competencies needed to support young people in becoming active and responsible citizens, both online and offline. The initiative provides up-to-date tools for education, democratic culture, and digital citizenship, supporting schools as safe, relevant spaces connected to today’s realities.

A digital citizenship program that supports the development of democratic and digital competencies in schools. To date, the project has involved 39,958 students and 2,814 teachers, and in 2025 it reached 38 schools, 22 communities, and delivered over 1,100 hours of workshops, contributing to the transformation of educational culture.

Educational campaign dedicated to developing civic competencies and promoting democratic engagement among young people and the community. In 2025, the initiative included webinars with 18 speakers from diverse fields, interactive educational resources, and digital activations for over 22,000 community members, contributing to the formation of informed, responsible, and actively engaged citizens.
National program dedicated to developing essential future skills that support students and young people in Romania in forming key abilities for life and career: entrepreneurial thinking, digital skills and theoretical knowledge, both for students and for teaching staff, in authentic contexts that reflect real work situations and technological change.




Career guidance program connecting students with professionals from various fields. In 2025, over 270 students participated in workshops and visits organized in partnership with companies.
Educational program for high-school students focused on career exploration. In 2025, 66 students participated in practical workshops, company visits and career simulations.
Personal development program offering students training sessions and mentorship. In 2025, 321 students participated in workshops and courses organized throughout the year.
Program dedicated to high-school students that combines personal development, career exploration and civic involvement. In 2025, 309 students participated in workshops, 23 civic initiatives were developed, and 79 students completed the program.

A series of educational webinars dedicated to exploring the meaning, motivation, and relevance of education in today’s context. In 2025, the first two webinars were organized with experts in education and psychology, offering teachers, young people, and parents a space for reflection, dialogue, and reconnection with the fundamental values of the educational process.
An educational research initiative that documents the impact of programs and supports the development of democratic and professional competencies among teachers and trainers. In 2025, the project included research training sessions for teachers and trainers, as well as the publication of two specialized articles, contributing to the consolidation of education centered on values, reflection, and continuous improvement.
Event dedicated to financial education for young people, with interactive workshops and special activities held online and in schools. On this occasion, the webinar “From Pocket Money to Wishes Fulfilled” was also organized, addressed to students, parents, and teachers. Financial Education Day (April 11, 2024)
Money Week 2024 (March 17–23)
Program that supports young people to better understand themselves, develop their competencies and transform talents into professional or entrepreneurial opportunities. Through workshops, leadership sessions and career guidance, participants make informed decisions regarding their educational and professional path according to interests, passions and abilities.
School of Values coordinated international activities within the FLiP program, in partnership with organizations from 23 countries, delivering educational sessions to over 1,585 beneficiaries.
