UNLEASHING THE POWER OF OUR AGENTS
2024 wasn t just another year in real estate it was a seismic shift Interest rates climbed inventory remained tight and the pressure to innovate reached new heights Yet, where others saw obstacles Seven Gables saw opportunity Instead of standing still, they leaned into the challenges, broke the mold, and emerged as a leader the industry needs
Change is often viewed as a challenge, but I see it as an opportunity to innovate and evolve, says Mike Hickman, CEO of Seven Gables
OUTPACING CHANGE, SETTING THE STANDARD
Let s face it: 2024 wasn t for the faint of heart The stakes were higher, the market tougher, and expectations were through the roof Yet Seven Gables didn’t just survive; it thrived
By doubling down on preparation and arming every agent with advanced tools, market insights, and strategies to position them as experts in an unpredictable landscape, Seven Gables charged ahead From leveraging AI-powered technology to mastering digital marketing strategies, the approach was bold, forward-thinking and tailored to the realities of today s market
Our agents had everything they needed to dominate and dominate, they did. While others played catch-up, Seven Gables agents set the pace We didn’t wait for change to happen; we were out in front of it, says Hickman

Professionalism in real estate isn t optional anymore it s the baseline At Seven Gables, agents don’t just meet that bar they exceed it In 2024, Seven Gables led their agents more than ever, investing in advanced training market intel and tech that put them ahead of the competition They didn’t just show homes they became trusted advisors skilled negotiators and honed their craft Here s the kicker: they didn’t just focus on the sale They focused on the story the journey every clients takes when buying and selling a home
That relational connection is what sets Seven Gables apart It s not just about closing home sales; it’s about creating experiences that matter and are not forgotten 2025: BIGGER, BOLDER, BETTER
So, what’s next? If 2024 was about adapting, 2025 is about success created by facing challenges head on and leading the way into the future of real estate Seven Gables is primed to do just that
The market may still have its challenges but we’re ready, emphasizes Hickman We’re not here to blend in; we’re here to stand out
MIKE HICKMAN
