“
” This is our time to make a giant leap forward

Working Together to Win

The first half of our fiscal year is behind us, and as we move into our peak selling season, I want to start by saying thank you. You have done a phenomenal job keeping things stable during the first two quarters.

However, disruptions in the industry and the market are going to continue— and it will be our job to keep adapting. To win this season and finish the year strong, I am asking us to focus on three things:

• A High Sense of Urgency: The market is changing faster than ever, and we must keep pace. This is not just about working harder; it is about operational excellence and qualifying the highestvalue targets for our business.

• Adding Value: We need to be honest about our daily tasks. If we are doing things that do not add value, call it out. Let’s shift that energy toward higher-value opportunities that move the needle for our team.

• Adapting to Customer Needs: I have been in this business for a long time, and for many years we could count on a consistent operating rhythm. Today, the industry and consumer landscapes are shifting. Instead of focusing on what worked in the past, we must adapt to the needs of consumers, capture real-time insights, and leverage our global capabilities to create value for our customers.

You will see evidence of this ‘get after it’ attitude already at work throughout Glen Raven in the following pages. Teams across the globe just finished successful activations at trade shows in Milan and Shanghai. Sunbrella Interiors had an incredible showing at High Point Market. The Trivantage team recently launched a website redesign that will help our customers find what they need, faster. All of these teams are laser-focused on meeting the needs of our customers and adapting to market shifts along the way.

If we continue to operate with this urgency through our peak selling, I am confident in the ability of our team to work together and win. I know how passionate you are and how much you invest in this company. This is our time to make a giant leap forward.

Let’s support each other, stay optimistic, and get after it.

The Raven

THE MONIKER THAT SHARES THE GLEN RAVEN STORY

If you’ve been at Glen Raven for a while, you might remember The Raven —a quarterly magazine that highlighted innovation at Glen Raven, spotlighted customer achievements, and showcased creative collaborations.

This year, we are repositioning The Raven into a a shared, strategic way to organize Glen Raven’s most important brand communications. Instead of a quarterly magazine, The Raven will become three annual reports, designed to express who we are, what we do, and where we are going. These reports will be a shared tool for telling the Glen Raven story in an effort to make connections across the business.

“These reports will help make connections and introduce customers to our full range of capabilities," said Stephanie Cizinsky, Senior Director, Corporate Communications and Activation. "For example, if a Sunbrella customer has a logistics need, we want them to think of Glen Raven and the capabilities we offer through GRL.”

Each year, Glen Raven will publish three reports:

THE RAVEN:

Company Overview is the first edition of our new corporate brochure. You will find an overview of who we are today—not just as a global solutions provider, but as a partner dedicated to meeting customers wherever they are with our products and services. Designed to highlight the global depth, breadth, and scope of our business, this piece will be used as a valuable tool to weave connections between our businesses for our customers.

THE RAVEN:

Global Greenovation Sustainability Report takes a deeper look at the work we're doing to reduce our environmental impact and the long-view mindset that guides how we innovate, operate, and continually improve.

THE RAVEN:

Community Impact Report will launch this fall, exploring the ways we approach our investment in the communities where we live and work.

The Raven is designed as a versatile tool for associates. Use it to introduce Glen Raven’s values and offerings to new customers, share our legacy and innovations with partners, and highlight our community impact with external audiences. Whether you are in a meeting or reaching out to a prospective client, this series helps cross-sell our business by showcasing our unique strengths and collaborative spirit. It may even spark an idea that helps a customer get involved with an additional part of our business.

The Company Overview and Greenovation are both available now online, and we look forward to introducing The Raven: Community Impact Report this fall. Watch your mailbox for a print copy of the Company Overview in the coming weeks!

ELEVATING SUNBRELLA® INTERIORS:

Innovation, Impact, and Engagement at High Point Market

Last fall, the new Sunbrella Interiors sub-brand debuted to the trade during October High Point Furniture Market—and continued to make an impact this spring. With the goal of building on the momentum gained last fall, the team was able to further elevate awareness for Sunbrella Interiors while driving continued PR coverage and engagement across both retailer and designer audiences.

To create a compelling point of differentiation during market, we collaborated with artists Sally King Benedict and Nico Amortegui, who transformed Sunbrella fabrics into a live painting experience. Using tough stain makers such as mustard and permanent marker on Sunbrella canvases, their work was followed by a live cleaning demonstration from our Care Team to show just how easy it is to care for our fabrics. Together, these elements created an engaging, interactive experience that brought our performance story to life in a memorable way.

Inside the space, we presented a curated selection of fabrics and products that showcased a strong range of textures, colors, and patterns that highlight our newly increased capabilities. The activation offered takeaway memo samples—highly coveted in the design community—featuring several new Fusion fabrics alongside new styles from collaborators Kelly Ventura and Sien + Co.

The Consumer Solutions Group showcased a curated assortment of products, highlighting the window collection and debuting the Sunbrella Interiors throw collection—reinforcing the brand’s versatility and breadth across the home.

The activation was wildly successful and backed up by the numbers. This spring, the team grew our media appointments with editors from 11 to 16, engaged three interior design influencers who posted about our activation and Sunbrella Interiors presence with CR Laine, Fairfield, and Taylor King, and dramatically increased social impressions from 35,000 to more than 247,000.

Sunbrella Interiors wasn’t limited to just the activation—our fabrics were found in 120 customer showrooms. With co-branded events in 11 showrooms—new partners like Taylor King and Designmaster, plus buzzworthy collection launches with Rowe Furniture, Piper Collection and more—Sunbrella showed up in a big way across market.

Our busiest market yet could not have been possible without the dedication and care from our team—proof that when we work together, we can accomplish more!

HOTEL & SHOP PLUS

SUNBRELLA IN SHANGHAI

In early April, Sunbrella debuted at the Hotel & Shop Plus event in Shanghai. The event brought together leading players from the hospitality and commercial sectors to showcase trends and innovative solutions.

Sunbrella made its debut at the exhibition with the introduction of new fabric collections. The booth featured a refined palette of soft ivory tones, accented by the brand’s signature orange. The overall space felt inviting and residential, with a sense of ease and understated elegance.

Alongside the brand, selected partners presented applications featuring Sunbrella fabrics. From furniture to integrated spatial solutions, these collaborations demonstrated the material’s range and its relevance within contemporary commercial environments.

Salone del Mobile 2026

A STRATEGIC SHOWCASE FOR SUNBRELLA

The Salone del Mobile 2026 Milan once again brought together a leading international audience of architects, designers, and specifiers. The Sunbrella display featured an immersive experience, aligned with the spirit of the Vision collection. Inspired by the world of travel and Art Deco aesthetics, it highlighted an expressive and accessible approach. The Designers Box, conceived as curated suitcases, offered an intuitive and premium way to present samples, turning their discovery into a true experience.

Salone was also an opportunity to see our fabrics showcased on our clients’ and partners’ stands. These real-life applications demonstrated the relevance and versatility of our collections across projects.

On March 18, Trivantage unveiled a new and improved website experience based on research insights and customer feedback.

The site features a clean, modern look with a more intuitive navigation to help customers find what they need, faster. Additionally, tailored customer experiences built for each audience reinforce Trivantage as more than a supplier, but as a true partner.

Content is now well-organized in a single view shopping experience, complete with fresh messaging—so that more new customers can find Trivantage on their own. Trustpilot ratings and reviews are now featured on the homepage to strengthen trust and build credibility with new visitors.

We cannot forget mobile as well— these changes seamlessly translate to the mobile browsing experience, making it easier to shop from anywhere, at any time.

A huge thank you to our internal team: David Amick, Jason Miller, Kelsey Fox, Sean McCarthy, Deanna Dura, Zdravko Todorov, Lindsay Shakarjian, and Mark Stiver for their work to get this new site up and running!

Jet Dental Offers Convenient Care for Norlina Associates

In early May, Glen Raven partnered with Jet Dental, a mobile dentistry unit that provides on-site care to workplaces, at our Norlina manufacturing facility.

With Norlina being one of our more remote Glen Raven locations, they were a great first candidate for the service, as many dental offices are not located close to the plant.

Jet Dental’s services are 100% covered by insurance—meaning it doesn’t cost our employees a dime. Their preventative care includes exams, cleanings, and x-rays when applicable.

“Our goal with our Jet Dental partnership was to help boost the utilization of the preventative dental care benefits offered by Glen Raven,” said Sarah Fogleman, Senior Benefits Specialist. “So many medical conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, certain types of cancers, and diabetes, can be detected early from oral symptoms found during dental exams. Taking advantage of this benefit can really impact the long-term health of our associates.”

The goal is to continue to utilize Jet Dental as a convenient option for associates across our

various US locations. In the meantime, don’t forget to book preventative care treatments for the year! Glen Raven utilizes Delta Dental as our provider. The basic preventative care plan includes two cleaning exams per year, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and sealants.

Thank you to Anna Macon Marshburn, Norlina Plant HR Manager, and Sarah Fogleman, Senior Benefits Specialist, for assisting associates with appointment scheduling, handling event coordination, and ensuring shift coverage for associates during their dental services.

When we talk about "wellness," our minds often go straight to our exercise plan, or the veggies we plan to eat with dinner. We track our steps and our calories, but how often do we track our human connections?

While we are more digitally connected than ever, we often miss the social connections that contribute to our overall well-being. Research shows that genuine social wellness—the quality of our relationships and how we interact with others—is just as critical to our longterm health as physical fitness. Creating opportunities for meaningful, face-to-face interaction can strengthen those connections and improve personal well-being.

We recently put this into practice at GRL and the corporate office by hosting Burlington Animal Services for in-person event designed to build connections. Associates took a break from their day to walk outdoors with some local furry friends,

Glen Raven celebrated Earth Day and the launch of the Greenovation Sustainability Report with events across the company. Associates participated in activities such as litter pick-ups, plant adoptions, and craft projects using fabric remnants. Learn more about how Glen Raven is prioritizing sustainability every day by checking out the recently published Greenovation report.

creating space to recharge, connect, and enjoy a shared experience while helping shelter dogs get the human interaction they need and crave.

Taking the time to prioritize in-person connections offers several benefits to our overall health and well-being:

• Mental Clarity: Stepping away from digital noise boosts mood and mindfulness while reducing stress and anxiety.

• Cognitive Sharpness: Social interaction and fresh air act as a "brain reset," sharpening your focus for the rest of the day.

• Resilience: Building real-world relationships creates a support system that helps us navigate professional and personal challenges more effectively.

This week, try to replace one digital interaction with a personal one. Walk to a colleague’s desk to ask that question or take a quick lap around the building with a teammate. Small moments of in-person connection can have a lasting impact.
