Upgrade your Degree: from Masters to MBA Graduates of Schulich Specialized Master’s programs who have completed at least two years of full-time work experience may be eligible for up to one term of advanced standing in the MBA program. Master of Management (MMgt) graduates may qualify for significant advanced standing once they meet the MBA admission work experience requirement.
Advanced Standing: from Undergraduate Business Degree to MBA Students who hold a Canadian undergraduate business degree (such as a BBA or BComm) may be eligible for Advanced Standing in the Schulich MBA program. This Accelerated option lets you complete your degree faster while developing advanced leadership and management skills.

Qualified students with a business degree from a recognized North American university may be eligible to complete the program in as little as 8 months. Graduates of Specialized Master’s programs can benefit from advanced standing, receiving up to 15 credits toward the MBA, and requiring only 33 core and 12 elective credits, allowing for an accelerated path to graduation.

The Global Immersive Option (GIO) is a special international version of the Strategy Field Study.
Selected students work in a team with an international company on a consulting project focused on specific strategic assignments, such as creating a market entry strategy, developing a partnership strategy, enhancing a company’s efforts toward Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), or other distinct objectives.
Students participate in a one-week faculty-led trip to visit their international client site. Recent destinations have included Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru, and Israel.

SCHULICH BLACK AND INDIGENOUS STUDENT BURSARY *
The Schulich Black and Indigenous Student Bursary will be provided to either part-time or full-time Schulich undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate financial need. Applicants will be required to complete the Schulich Bursary Application and self-identify as either/or Indigenous or Black.

1 The completion time for the full-time MBA is four terms, and the full-time WE MBA is six terms. The full-time Accelerated-MBA is completed in two terms.
