SHIPPING POLICY
Framed artwork and engraved items require 5 - 7 business days of processing, as these items are all made to order. Most warehouse orders will ship in 1-2 business days. We ship Monday - Friday. Orders received after 2:00pm EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday. Some exclusions apply, such as observed holidays falling on Mondays or Fridays. In this case, your order will ship the following business day. If other unforeseen shipping delays arise, you will be notified via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. Should your item arrive damaged, keep all original packaging and please contact us (info@schoonerbayco.com) within 7 days of receiving your order, return ship the problem item within 14 days of delivery, and we will gladly issue a refund or replacement.
