TWO ENVELOPES: With traditional graduation announcements, you’ll notice double the number of envelopes. Address the inner envelope with the recipient’s informal name and the outer envelope with the recipient’s name.

INCLUDING A PARTY INVITE: If you include a party invitation, be sure to place it inside the envelope on top of the announcement.

SPICE IT UP: Add return address labels and a class envelope seal.

WHEN TO SEND: Mail your announcements to arrive two weeks before your graduation date.

People appreciate receiving personalized thank you notes as soon as possible after graduation. here are some tips for saying thanks:

Write in a conversation tone, as if you were talking to the other person.

Send notes for all cards and gifts received, even if you’ve already said thanks in person.

Write to anyone who attended your graduation or played a special role in your life such as teachers, coaches, etc.

Don’t send thank you messages via email or social media. It is proper to hand write a personal note.

An $100 down payment is required to place your order. If the total order is less than this amount, payment in full is required. Some options may require additional deposit money. See a Representative for details. Any order may be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Payment may be made by cash, money order, or Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, Discover). If paying by credit card, please fill out credit card information on the bottom of the order form. All graduation items will be delivered to your school in the spring and balances due will be collected at that time.
