Information and FAQ’s
All packages include your required cap, gown and tassel unit and will come in your schools custom colors.
Products like t-shirts, hoodies, and keychains etc., will be shipped to your home within 2-4 weeks of placing your order.
All cap and gown units are sent to the school as part of our agreements with the districts/schools, and usually distributed 1-3 weeks before graduation. Specific dates for distribution will be announced by your school later in the Spring.
Early bird pricing ends after December 12th, 2025. The deadline to order your required cap, gown, and tassel unit is January 16th, 2026.
If you purchase your required school cap, gown and tassel unit during the early bird pricing period and are unable to participate in graduation, you are eligible for a refund for certain items. Additional fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gradproinc.com and received before graduation. The unit must be returned to our Fort Myers office by June 15th. Any units that have been opened and/or used are not eligible for refund.
