In just 5 years, Our Collective Power (OCP) has become the premier professional development and networking experience for school board members and education leaders from around the nation. We are uniquely focused on improving the effectiveness and sustainability of leaders working to address challenges and drive real policy change for kids. In November 2026, we anticipate 250 school board members, charter board members, education professionals and advocates will attend Our Collective Power. Next year’s conference comes at critical time for public education. We’ve moved this event, traditionally held in the summer, to after the mid-term elections so that we can best support education leaders in navigating this fast changing environment and present them with resources to implement high-impact practices that improve outcomes and opportunities for students.
