Grease production sizing is right sizing In 2012, Schier introduced grease production sizing as previous sizing methods did not account for facility grease production. Grease production sizing has since been published by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, recognized by hundreds of America's municipal pretreatment authorities and has sized more than 200,000 restaurants.

RISER SYSTEM

NEW IN 2025 ®

The Fast Pitch riser system Temporary cover Takes all the dings, scrapes and concrete residue that comes with commercial plumbing installations. Replace with a finish cover after the pad is poured.

Safety Star® Improved access restrictor locks into the cover adapter and features a stainless steel threaded insert to secure the temporary and pedestrian covers.

Cover adapter Redesigned to lock in the Safety Star® and single bolt covers. The flange features concrete flow channels to reinforce a stable installation.

Neck gasket with bands clamps Gasket connects the cover adapter to the top riser. Captured band clamps feature adjustable toggle latches for quick and easy installation without tools.

Fast Pitch® riser Each riser includes a heavy-duty gasket and provides 5" of height, up to 17 units per cover stack. Stack, twist, lock and repeat to desired height.

Standoffs Tank ring Ring includes locking slots for attaching standoffs or the first Fast Pitch® riser. Rings are color-coded by tank type for easy identification.

Provide support for the cover adapter while in transit and function as cover adapter tie-down supports for above grade installations.
