MOBILE DEDUSTING VERSATILE AND FLEXIBLE

MOBILE DEDUSTING FOR VERSATILE USE Based on the proven Scheuch Impuls Compact filter series, mobile dedusting systems can be used in a wide range of dedusting operations for dry, non-explosive dusts. The special design offers a new level of flexibility for various operating sites and applications. The system is transported in the same way as conventional roll-on roll-off containers and is straightforward to move using suitable vehicles.

PLUG AND PLAY The entire system is supplied in a transport module and is ready for use straight away. The fan, screw, rotary valve and compressor are pre-assembled, fully cabled and connected to the external power supply at the integrated switch cabinet using a CEE plug.

TECHNICAL DETAILS ▪ The crude gas connections are located on the side walls of the filter trough. Depending on the operating site, the filter can be connected to the dust source on the right or left using a suction hose.

▪ The volumetric flow is adjusted by means of a manually operated throttle valve between the filter and fan.

▪ A compressor delivers the compressed air required to regen erate the filter bags – a process that takes place fully auto matically and based on requirements and involves differential pressure measurement.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT A screw conveyor or conveyor belt can be used for the dust’s onward transport. In the case of low volumes, a container can also be placed beneath the rotary valve.
