ALLISON BOOKS
(Director / Music Director)
Directing this show has been such a delight. Between the nostalgia, the humor and the music, there’s something for everyone! Allison has a degree in Theater Performance and is an award-winning vocalist, placing first in the National Association of Teachers in Singing competition 2015 and 2016 and placing at Regionals in Las Vegas. Her vocal work has also included professional musical recordings as a featured soloist. Allison has worked as Music Director for a Fine Arts Summer Day Camp in West Los Angeles, CA. She has been featured in several films as well, including "The Single's Ward” and “Legally Blonde II.” Allison has been Directing and Music Directing for the past several years in many different theaters. Recent Directing/Music Directing shows: Big Fish: The Musical, Cinderella: The Tale of the Glass Slipper, The Sound of Music at SCERA Shell, Elf: The Musical, and Catch Me if You Can. Favorite performing roles: Golde in Fiddler on the Roof, Lady of the Lake in Spamalot, Ursula in The Little Mermaid, and Madame Thenardier in Les Mis. Allison wants to thank her amazing hubby of 20 years and her 4 kids for all their love and support!
AUBREY JACKSON
(Polly Baker) Aubrey holds a degree in Management from BYU with minors in Music and World Dance. Some of her credits include Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof (Regalo), Fiona in Brigadoon (SCERA), Belle in A Christmas Carol (HCTO), and various featured ensemble dance roles. She extends heartfelt appreciation to her devilishly handsome husband for his unwavering support and sacrifices, to her family for their invaluable aid, and to SCERA—an organization she deeply appreciates for being a nurturing community of caring and talented individuals.
BRODEE RIPPLE
(Costume Designer) Brodee is so excited to be working at one of his favorite places with some of his favorite people. He has designed costumes for productions such as Seussical, Curtains, Freaky Friday and Descendants. Brodee is also the Rentals/Special Events Coordinator here at SCERA as well as the assistant director/ choreographer for SCERA Youth Theatre’s national award winning team Acting Up! When he isn't working with his friends at SCERA, he can be found majoring in Theatre at UVU or performing in productions at SCERA, both Hale Centre Theatres, Lehi Arts Center, Sundance or The Historic Jackson Hole Playhouse, where he also served as the manager at the Saddle Rock Family Saloon. Some of his favorite roles include Jack in Into the Woods, Judah in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Steven Kodaly in She Loves Me. Huge thanks to Allison, Becca, Katie, his costume shop family, his actual family (especially his Mom), Kathryn, Lisa, Gwen, Laurel, and Syd Riggs. “This one is for you Pops.”
CAM BRONSON
(Bobby Child) Cam is thrilled to dust off his tap shoes and return to the stage after a decade-long hiatus from musical theater. Hailing from the bustling metropolis of Ammon, Idaho, Cam is the second of five children, which means he’s well-versed in both harmonizing and bumping elbows for center stage. In high school, Cam quickly discovered that his talents lay far from the football field and much closer to the footlights. Swapping touchdowns for showtunes, he found his true calling in performing. When he’s not belting out high notes or perfecting jazz hands, Cam is deep in legal tomes as a student at BYU Law School. He firmly believes that all the world’s a stage—whether it’s under the bright lights of the theater or the stern gaze of a judge.

She would also like to thank her family, friends, and teachers for all of their love and support, with a special shoutout to her mom for being her best friend and number one fan who never stops believing in her! She is my heart! :)
CHASE ELISON
(Sound & Lighting Manager) Chase has been involved in theatre since he was 11 in SCERA’s Oliver. They introduced me to theatre and music at a young age. My grandma taught me piano for many years, and I had the honor of working with my grandpa for several productions here at SCERA. Love and miss you guys, ‘Ya done good!’”
CHRIS D’ARGY

Katie has been involved in tech since she was 11 years old and has loved every second of it (even the tricky moments). While she's usually found running around backstage, this time you can spot her in the booth. She is incredibly grateful for the wonderful opportunity that Allison, Becca, and the amazing cast have given her to be
part of this show. She also wants to extend a heartfelt thank you to her partner for always encouraging her to tackle challenges, and to her real and tech families for their unwavering support. “Love you all!”
LAUREN BILLINGS
(Irene Roth) Lauren is thrilled to be back on the SCERA stage with this incredible cast and production team! Having fallen in love with theater more than 20 years ago as a member of SCERA’s high school company, Acting Up!, it is an honor to be performing here yet again. She was most recently seen here tapping away in the ensemble in Singin’ in the Rain, but one her favorite roles to date was as Morticia in The Addams Family. “All the infinity open brackets to D, T, T and T - I’m ka-razy for YOU!”
NATHAN WOOD
(Sam / Trio ) Nathan’s back! After his SCERA debut as James in High School Musical in 2022, he felt his return to the stage couldn’t come soon enough. Apart from singing, dancing, and having an altogether rip-roaring time, Nathan also loves classic literature, Formula 1, and photography. Additionally, he would like to thank his family for their unyielding support as he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Music from BYU this past April. Now, Nathan works as an assistant manager for Sherwin-Williams and enjoys spending his days working with color and design.
PAIGE WRIGHT
(Props Designer) Paige loves to spend her time building snowmen and making elephants. She enjoys sewing stuffed animals and designing and creating costumes. She has certifications in interior carpentry and
GLOW INSIDE + OUT
scaffolding so that she doesn't break a leg when she's working on green-ifying sets. She's excited to be living her dream as a prop designer, creating wonders for the actors and audiences.
QUIN SWALLOW
(Everett Baker) Oh, my goodness! Over twenty years ago, Quin was asked to join the house staff at SCERA Center for the Arts. He couldn’t have dreamed that helping volunteers make treats and serve guests would also lead to stage time in The Wizard of Oz, Hello, Dolly!, The Addams Family...and Disney’s Mary Poppins - twice! Being with his daughter Bonnie in Crazy For You is a bonus treat. When not working at SCERA, he’s a full-time IT nerd at BYU, enjoys running to relax, and working on his baking skills. He can’t wait to start reading the Harry Potter series, with all the voices, to his oneyear-old granddaughter ... when she’s a little older. Quin is SO grateful for a theater-loving sweetheart and kiddos who have supported his work and play time at SCERA!
RACHEL RICKS
(Patricia Fodor) Performing under the stars at SCERA Shell has become one of Rachel's favorite summer activities. In fact, this is her 8th show in the last 9 years! She was recently seen here as Mrs. Correy in Mary Poppins, Medda Larkin in Newsies, the Dragon in Shrek The Musical, as well as in the casts of The Music Man, The Little Mermaid, The Spongebob Musical, and Seussical.
