We are pleased to provide this information sheet to inform you about the new Scenic & Emerald Rewards program:
NEW PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
One combined membership
Your clients separate Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER loyalty accounts have been combined into one membership, making it simple to earn status points and track rewards status across both brands.
Combined points balance
All status points earnt across either the previous Scenic Club or EmeraldEXPLORER programs, have automatically been merged into one single balance.
Simplified tier structure
We’ve refreshed our loyalty program with a streamlined tier structure with four loyalty tiers — Gold, Diamond, Emerald and Chairman’s Club.
MyRewards
A key new feature and benefit is the introduction of MyRewards, where your clients can earn 1% of their booking as an actual monetary value, which can be redeemed towards your next luxury cruise or tour+

QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
How can I access and use loyalty information on behalf of my clients?
You can access your existing clients loyalty program details - including their loyalty number, status points and MyRewards balance - via ExpressBook. This will allow you to reference loyalty information when quoting or managing bookings.
For a new client, they will need to provide their loyalty number at time of booking. If unknown, this can be provided by contacting the Scenic or Emerald reservations team.
How do I apply MyRewards to a guest booking? MyRewards benefits can be applied to eligible bookings through the agent booking interface ExpressBook. Agents will be able to select ‘ Make a MyRewards redemption’ and apply a part payment toward a future Scenic or Emerald Cruise or Land journey. However, please note that MyRewards cannot be used toward a deposit and may only be applied as part of the full payment.
