Can you tell us about your role?

I work both on board Emerald Harmony and in our Phnom Penh City office, overseeing all the departments we have on board and taking care of guests to the highest standards.

Which EmeraldPLUS or EmeraldACTIVE experience would you recommend to guests?

Our EmeraldPLUS Phnom Penh night tour on a Tuk-Tuk is a major highlight of the trip. Seeing Phnom Penh at night versus the day is a completely different experience.

Which of our cruise itineraries is a must-experience for you?

My favourite cruise itinerary is Treasures and Temples of Vietnam and Cambodia. Hanoi is the perfect start, and Siem Reap is a great culmination of an exciting journey through the Mekong Delta on board Emerald Harmony. It’s magical!

Can you tell us about your role?

I’m the brand director for Emerald Cruises, Canada for our river cruising product. I oversee all the marketing, promotions, and communications, that help Canadian travellers experience our award-winning river cruises.

Which of our cruise itineraries is a must-experience for you?

My must-experience would be our Secrets of Douro cruise since I am such a foodie and sailing Portugal’s Gold River is such a spectacular experience.

Which is your favourite city from our Extend Your Stay programme?

Nice—it’s the cultural capital of the French Riviera and it’s a very popular add-on city stay cruise extension for our Canadian guests.

Can you tell us about your role?

I’m the sales manager for UK North and Northern Ireland, looking after trade relationships and building business through marketing and promotional activity. I also promote to clients and showcase our fantastic products.

What makes a luxury cruise feel luxurious to you?

I think attention to detail is very important. From the beautiful suites and fine dining, down to the crew knowing your name and favourite tipple; it really shows a great deal of care and pride.

Where would you like to see Emerald Cruises sail to next?

I’d love to see us cruise Indonesia, especially the Java area, as it’s a place I adore, and I think many of our guests would feel the same.

Can you tell us about your role?

I design and develop Emerald Cruises’ itineraries, onshore excursions, and pre- and post-cruise services. Every day is different, from enhancing existing itineraries to reviewing content for our brochures.

Which EmeraldPLUS or EmeraldACTIVE experience would you recommend to guests?

The exclusive guitar concert in Kotor. Guests experience a unique recital in the enchanting surroundings of a historical church, blending Balkan rhythms with international melodies.

Which is your favourite city from our Extend Your Stay programme?

Athens. It’s rich in culture and is one of Europe’s most lively cities. It was the heart of ancient Greece, and the city also boasts one of the world’s most delicious cuisines.

Can you tell us about your role?

I help our guests on board choose their next dream voyage. Getting to know our luxury yacht guests is key, so I host dinners, escort tours, and participate in on board events.

What makes a luxury cruise feel luxurious to you?

For me, luxury means having a personalised service and attention to detail from the friendly staff. It also means space and comfort, and Emerald Azzurra ticks all the boxes when it comes to luxury.

Which of our cruise itineraries is a must-experience for you?

Coastal Adventures of Costa Rica and Panama. Amongst some wonderful stops during this voyage through the Caribbean & Central America is the Panama Canal. This engineering masterpiece will leave you speechless.

Can you tell us about your role?

I’m a team leader in the reservations department at our office in Newcastle, Australia. I support and coach the reservations teams, as well as supporting their product knowledge and growth in the company.

Which of our cruise itineraries is a must-experience for you?

Sensations of Lyon & Provence. The regions all have a storied past if you’re a history buff, and if you’re a foodie, you won’t be disappointed with the French cuisine on offer.

Which EmeraldPLUS or EmeraldACTIVE experience would you recommend to guests?

I really enjoyed the EmeraldACTIVE canoeing excursion in Avignon. Guests can go at their own pace and experience the beauty of Avignon from a unique perspective, taking in the stunning city views.
