Whereas, The McAlpines, LLC has filed a petition to close a Portion of McAlpine Station Drive in the City of Charlotte; and

WHEREAS, the Sheriff of Mecklenburg County has in his custody a large quantity of firearms and other miscellaneous weapons seized and/or from defendants in domestic violence cases, which firearms and other miscellaneous weapons are of various description (semiautomatic pistols, revolvers, shotguns, etc.) seized pursuant to NCGS 50B court orders during a time period from May 2019 to October 2020; and
