The average number of employees (headcount) during the year was 4 (2022 - 5).
The key management personnel of the charity in charge of directing and controlling, running and operating the charity on a day to day basis has incresaed to now comprise of the Trustees together with the Chief Executive, Head of Finance & Operations and (as of 2022/23) Head of Research Funds. The total remuneration (including taxable benefits and employers pension contributions) of the key management personnel for the year was £292,233 (2022 : £210,583).

The charitable company is exempt from corporation tax as all its income is charitable and is applied for charitable purposes.
