COLOR STORY:

Columbia's workplace's colors are chosen from a variety of imagery presented by the Columbia's marketing team through advertisement and brand website. These tones reflect a deep palette reflecting aspects found in nature, such as the sky, oceans, lakes and mountains. The Colors provide the workplace with a rejuvenating and distinctive palette.

PARTI DIAGRAM:

This parti was inspired by Columbia's logo originally designed to appear as weaved fabric pattern. Using the negative space it creates a dynamic intersection of lines reflecting the design of floor level 1.

CONCEPT STATEMENT:

Columbia's workplace will accomplish functionality and collaboration. Addressing the needs of the employees by implementing active areas of rejuvenation. This allows users to consciously, engage in restoring their energy, vitality, and health, rather than relying on passive rest alone. It implies using specific practices to actively replenish oneself, often focusing on mental, physical, or energetic balance. Through spaces such as the fitness center, cafe for meals and beverages, wellness rooms or pods to rejuvenate.

GOALS AND DRIVERS RESEARCH THEORY:

SOCIAL

This creates better success in organization and knowledge development. Structured within this plan through grouped collaboration being central driven with individual zones off to the side to create a central community hub in both level 1 and 2.
