THE SAI COLLECTION

GLOBAL SAI, designed by renowned industrial designer Komin Yamada, pays homage to the Samurai tradition of sword making. The slightly longer curved ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip and features 7 signature black dots which represent the 7 Samurai codes of honor and moral principles.

12.5-degree blade edge is polished by hand for exceptional long-lasting endurance. Unique thumb rest gives added comfort and control. Each blade is individually hammered by hand and designed so that small hollows create air pockets between the blade so food elegantly falls away from the surface.
