The luxurious boutique hotel Esplanade in Saarbrücken’s cultural centre Nauwieser Viertel is not only a true haven for design aficionados; thanks to its two-Michelin-star restaurant, it’s also the perfect destination for fine-dining connoisseurs.
Das Luxus Boutique Hotel Esplanade im Saarbrücker Szenestadtteil Nauwieser Viertel lässt nicht nur Designerherzen höher schlagen, sondern verwöhnt mit seinem zwei-Sterne Gourmetrestaurant auch jeden Feinschmecker.
It has only been a few months since the Esplanade opened its doors, but since then, it has added subtle elegance to the Saarland capital. The boutique hotel is a dream come true for hotelier couple Tanja and Michael Zimmer, who had long envisioned combining their passion for fine dining and sophisticated design in their hometown.
Das im Sommer neu eröffnete Boutique Hotel Esplanade bringt unaufdringliche Eleganz in die Saarländische Hauptstadt. Umsäumt von wunderschönen Platanen besticht das denkmalgeschützte Haus aus der Gründerzeit schon von außen. Für das Hotelier-Ehepaar Tanja und Michael Zimmer ist es die Erfüllung des lang gehegten Traumes in ihrer Heimatstadt die Leidenschaft für feinste Kulinarik und zeitloses Design zu vereinen.
The listed building from the Wilhelminian era is surrounded by beautiful Sycamore trees and was already stunning before the couple moved in. The 16 lavish ‘chambres’ feature the unmistakably elegant mid-century style and are perfectly designed down to the smallest detail. The 3D ceramic tiles, as well as the original aquatint prints by design icon Le Corbusier, are just some of the highlights to be found. Beauty’s simplicity is also celebrated at the two-Michelin-star gourmet restaurant led by Silio Del Fabro. The French-inspired haute cuisine stands out amongst the rest via the complex yet authentic taste it offers to diners.
Die 16 Chambres präsentieren sich dementsprechend im gradlinigen und dennoch sinnlichen Mid-Century Stil. Hier stimmt jedes Detail von den dreidimensionalen Manufakturkacheln bis zu den handsignierten Aquatinta-Radierungen der Design-Ikone Le Corbusier. ‚Besinnung auf das Wesentliche‘ lautet das Motto der Nobeladresse und dem folgt auch das zwei-Sterne Gourmetrestaurant unter der Leitung von Küchenchef Silio Del Fabro. Hier wird französisch geprägte Haute Cuisine serviert, die mit komplexen Aromen und Authentizität punktet.
