Competence Call Center, short CCC, is one of Europe’s leading contact centres. It stands for outstanding quality and has recently received its 55th award.
Competence Call Center, kurz CCC, ist eines der führenden Contact Center Europas, steht für herausragende Qualität und wurde kürzlich mit seinem 55. Award ausgezeichnet.
CCC combines expertise with over two decades of experience. Founded in Vienna in 1998, it’s a financially strong, continuously expanding company, which cares deeply about its sector’s image and professionalisation.

In its founding year, the service provider had already established the CCC convention, an annual top event for decision-makers to exchange knowledge at a global level and review current innovations and trends together.
