Since 2015, Bunte Burger has been enriching the culinary world with its organic vegan gourmet creations. All products are made without soy, gluten and palm oil and are mostly made from vegetables, legumes and fine organic spices. Without any additives, flavour enhancers and preservatives, these organic vegan patties are designed not to mimic the taste of meat but to offer an entirely new experience for your taste buds - and they deliver on that promise.
Seit 2015 begeistert Bunte Burger die kulinarische Welt mit bio-veganen Gourmetkreationen. Alle Produkte sind ohne die Zutaten Soja, Gluten und Palmöl hergestellt und bestehen überwiegend aus überwiegend aus Gemüse, Hülsenfrüchten und feinen Bio-Gewürzen. Auch auf Zusatzstoffe, Geschmacksverstärker und Konservierungsstoffe wird komplett verzichtet. Die bio-veganen Patties sollen bewusst keinen Fleischgeschmack imitieren, sondern vielmehr neue Geschmackserlebnisse schaffen - und das gelingt.
The company, which began as a food truck but now includes a restaurant, a catering service and a product line for organic retailers, was founded by childhood friends Ulrich Glemnitz and Dr Mario Binder. "Our vision is a future where people are aware of the profound importance of a healthy planet," Dr Binder says. "We want to live in a world where business operates in harmony with ethical values. That's why we're a member of the Economy for the Common Good and published our common good balance sheet and report in 2023."
Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen, welches als Food Truck begann, aber mittlerweile ein Restaurant, einen Catering-Service und die Produktreihe für den Bio-Fachhandel umfasst, von den Kindheitsfreunden Ulrich Glemnitz und Dr. Mario Binder. „Unsere Vision ist eine Zukunft, in der wir Menschen uns der tiefgreifenden Bedeutung eines gesunden Planeten bewusst sind“, so Dr. Binder. „Wir wollen in einer Welt leben, in der wirtschaftliches Handeln im Einklang mit ethischen Werten ist. Aus diesem Grund sind wir ein Mitgliedsunternehmen der Gemeinwohlökonomie und haben 2023 unsere Gemeinwohlbilanz erstellt und den Gemeinwohlbericht veröffentlicht.“
