The hotel's history began in 1966, when Paula and Robert Kathrein fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening a small bed and breakfast. From humble beginnings with just five double rooms and one single room, over the years an exceptional boutique hotel has grown with 22 rooms, suites, family suites, a chalet, and a country house.
