HELLO, FRAUFUTURE Taking charge of your life rarely happens by accident. It begins with a clear goal and the right kind of support. This is precisely where FrauFUTURE comes in. The coaching and consultancy platform was founded in 2019 by Yvonne Bäldle-Agboton and Verena Metzler, following a chance meeting at a finance event. What quickly became evident was this: women – particularly expats – frequently encounter structural barriers in Germany, whether it is advancing their careers or securing financial stability. “Women are still structurally disadvantaged,” says Yvonne Bäldle-Agboton. “The gender pay gap, part-time work and interruptions due to care responsibilities all have a double impact, on career prospects and longterm financial security.” FrauFUTURE addresses these challenges through a hybrid approach, combining career strategy with licensed financial advice – practical, holistic and always tailored. from over 45 countries, with a focus on clarity, confidence and independence. Their focus is not solely on work but also on the crucial question: how do women make informed financial decisions? The answer lies in FrauFUTURE’s mentoring programme. For a career restart, a switch in profession, or navigating a new system in Germany, the two approachable experts in finance and career development bring both insight and experience. “We support women in finding their unique selling point, increasing income and rebuilding confidence, while also helping them make informed financial decisions,” explains Verena Metzler. “Our approach is holistic, practical and always individually aligned.” At the heart of it all is an international community that is far more than just a network. It offers genuine connection, mutual support and solidarity, especially during times of tran-
sition, financial uncertainty or career decisions. “It’s a space where women feel seen and encouraged. Free of any pressure, yet rich in support,” adds Yvonne Bäldle-Agboton.
