Moses Leads the People out of Egypt God told Moses to lead His people out of Egypt to a land He would give them. On the way they had to cross the sea. God told Moses to lift up his staff and stretch out his hands over the water. Then God made a strong wind blow the water away, and the people of Israel walked on dry ground through the sea.

God Makes Samson Strong When Samson was born, God told his parents never to cut his hair. God made Samson very strong. Samson rescued God’s people from their enemies.

David the Shepherd Boy David took care of his father’s sheep.

When bears or lions attacked the sheep, David would scare them away with his slingshot. God wanted David to become king and take care of His people.

Jesus Is Born Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Three wise men from afar wanted to see Baby Jesus. They followed the star and brought gifts to the baby.

Shepherds in the field heard the angels sing about Jesus and hurried to the stable where Baby Jesus was born.

Jesus Loves Children Jesus taught people about heaven. He also told them how to live on earth. Jesus loved children very much.

He said we must become like children to see the kingdom of God.
