Hello SBLBSHP Members and welcome to the first newsletter of 2021. Can you believe it, it has been almost a full year since the COVID-19 pandemic began limiting our ability to meet in person. I really miss seeing all of you in our monthly meetings and being able to connect at events and gatherings the way we used to. I am optimistic that with the roll out of vaccination programs, we may be able to start meeting together again sometime around mid-year, perhaps August. I would like to outline some of the accomplishments of 2020. We learned so much in 2020 under Angela Jeong’s and Rosalin Preechakul‘s guidance about new ways to connect with each other. Once again we received the 2020 Chapter of Distinction and Affiliate Chapter Public Relations Recognition Award. Our Industry Relations Committee coordinated multiple sponsorships for our monthly board meetings as well as for our virtual Night with Industry/ Installation event. 1
