Welcome to the 10th Annual SBH Golf Outing!
SBH was created 50 years ago as a way to connect volunteers with hospital patients looking for some company. Since then, we have grown with over 12 divisions, three branches and hundreds of programs!
SBH's sta and volunteers work tirelessly to meet the growing needs of the community; from providing groceries and home-cooked meals, to mental health services and medical referrals, to job placement and senior day programming, and even educational advocacy — we truly are a full-service agency. Our team is proud to be awarded the highest honor of four stars from Charity Navigator for 8 years running, demonstrating our ability to service our community in a strong and fiscally-responsible manner.
This year we are honored and privileged to recognize Je rey Resnick, Michael Sacco and Marcum LLP as our 2023 Partners in Kindness Award recipients for their accomplishments and commitment to our community. We also want to thank you for participating in today's event and reinforcing your commitment to join us in supporting those in need.

For more than 30 years, Je rey Resnick had advised clients across a variety of industries, with a focus on closely held businesses in the apparel and consumer products, real estate, healthcare, and nonprofit arenas.
As a thought leader, Je rey publishes articles on a host of topics and frequently apparels in the media. His coverage includes Newsday's "Ask the Expert," the Mann Repost, Mann on the street, Long Island Business News, and Cable News Channel 12. Je rey has also been featured in national publications including Practical Accountant and Accounting Today. Je rey is a frequently sought after lecturer and is coauthor of the book "For New York Doctors Only," a tax, financial planning and wealth preservation guide for the medical profession.
Michael Sacco is a national leader of Marcum's Consumer Products group. He provides accounting, auditing, tax, and business advisory services to privately help companies and their owners. Michael services clients in such industries as apparel, consumer products, e-commerce, manufacturing, import/ distribution, food and beverage, architecture & engineering, and professional service companies.
As a trusted advisor, Michael helps clients develop strategies that lead to sound financial decision-making and business planning. As a result of his well-connected network, he links clients with other industry professionals.
