Hotel Guests

All activity must be controlled to avoid disrupting our hotel patrons.

Location Fees

Location fees are determined by evaluating a combination of the date, time, location, occupancy level and project complexity. Guest room fees are exclusive of occupancy and CA state tax. WiFi, mini bar removal, and props fees may apply.

Billing

All fees are paid in full upon arrival with a master account set up for incidentals and day-of add-ons.

Load-In & Out Crew and equipment may load in through our parking garage with scheduled, hard load-in and out times. A dedicated bell cart and elevator are available for your convenience.

Hair, Make-Up & Wardrobe

Hair, make-up and wardrobe are not permitted in public spaces. Hotel rooms are available for purchase to accommodate.

Catering

Preferred pricing for crew-feed menus, drop-off service and beverage/snack meal packages are available and can be scheduled with the Event Sales Manager.

Furniture

Furniture can be removed and stored for a minimum of $700 and must be scheduled in advance.

Credit

Written, on-air credit may be required.

Security & Talent Assistance

Security is required for a minimum of $150 per guard, per 4-hour block.

Insurance

The Redbury requires certificate of commercial general liability insurance with proof of policy limits no less than $1,000,000 due by event date.

Onsite Parking Garage

The Redbury parking garage, located on ground level, can host or provide nonhost valet, and entire first-floor rental. Fees range from $11 per space to $2,500++ per day. Height restrictions may apply. Additional adjacent surface lot parking is also available.
