Professional Sports Catering
Professional Sports Catering powered by Levy partnered with the South Bend Cubs to operate the food and beverage services at Four Winds Field. PSC is the only full service food and beverage company that focuses solely on minor league baseball. We have a full service kitchen that can accommodate all tastes and budgets. Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Catering Department
Our staff is here to help make your visit to Four Winds Field not only a fun event, but a fabulous dining experience. While your account executive can assist with most of your needs, the Catering Manager, Chloe Greenboam, can assist you with in-game orders or special food requests for your suite.

Advance Ordering Procedure
In order to provide the freshest food and highest quality service possible, we request that all food and beverage orders be placed TWO (2) business days prior to each event. For your convenience, you may place your order in any of the following ways.
EMAIL: Visit SouthBendCubs.com and click on the Four Winds Field tab to access and download the order form. All you have to do is fill it out and email it to CGreenboam@prosportscatering.com.
CALL US: You can always reach your South Bend Cubs Account Executive at 574-235-9988; if you prefer to place your order right over the phone.
Payment
Payment options for all food and beverage orders include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Cash.
If you choose to pay with a credit card, the card number, expiration date, and CVV number will be required at the time of the order. If you choose to provide a different method of payment upon arrival at the game, please notify your suite server.
Inclement Weather
In the event that a game is cancelled due to inclement weather, please be aware of the following policies:
If you choose to cancel your food order for any reason, the South Bend Cubs must receive notification four (4) hours prior to game time.
In the event that a game is cancelled prior to gates opening, the suite holder will not be held responsible for food orders. In this situation, you will be contacted by a South Bend Cubs Account Executive.
If a game is delayed prior to or during play, food will be delivered to your suite as planned unless the order is cancelled four (4) hours prior to game time.
If you cancel your food order, you may still order from the suite menu upon arrival at the game. Please be aware that the game time orders may take up to one (1) hour for delivery.
Tax & Service Charge
Please note that any applicable sales tax on food, beverage, and related items is listed in the price of the food. In addition, all food, beverage, and related items are subject to an 18% service charge (10% is retained by Professional Sports Catering, and 8% is distributed to service staff). The 10% service charge is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service staff. Additional payment for tips or gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion.
