Please ensure that you have registered all of your staff before arriving onsite, as registration will be busy on show days. You can collect your badge at Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace:

Badge Types
There are different types of badges at our event to help you identify delegates:
Operator Delegate
Wristbands & Complimentary Food
Organiser
All staff registered with an Exhibitor Pass as well as your VIP guests will receive a wristband which will be collected alongside your badge. This will give access to the opening and closing parties.
You will all also receive complimentary food and refreshments at the event.
Wi-Fi
All attendees will have access to the complimentary show Wi-Fi. Details will be on your badge.

SBC Connect App
Make sure all colleagues download and log in to the official event networking app.
SBC Connect contains the delegate list, the ability to schedule meetings, explore the agenda, and stay up to date with the event activity schedule – all in one place.

Build Up Schedule
You have access to the venue during build days included with your exhibitor passes. To enter the building on build days, you will require:
● High-visibility jackets
● Closed toe footwear
Monday 13th July - 19:00-20:00: Load in and stand build (contractors only)
Tuesday 14th July - 08:00-20:00: Contractor and exhibitor access only for stand build
Wednesday 15th July - 08:00-10:00: Exhibitor access for stand dressing only
Breakdown
Thursday16thJuly 18:00 - 23:00
All exhibits, stand material and waste must be removed from the hall by 22:00 on Thursday 16th July. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that their material is removed. Any charges for the removal of material left behind will be passed to the Exhibitor.
